Apple Tries to Win Back Students and Teachers With Low-Cost iPad

Company holding rare education-focused event next week Lower-cost and Pro models have recently reignited iPad sales Apple currently offers a slew of different education-related software. The company’s Classroom app for the iPad lets teachers manage Apple devices that are assigned to students for their classwork. There’s also an iTunes U app that lets teachers issue homework, grade assignments and post lessons online. It also lets students complete assignments and take tests.
